Descripción: Folíolos romboideos y también ensanchandose en la unión al tallo , pedunculo en ápice engrosado. Sépalos mayoritariamente con ápice tridentado, más raramente cuatridentado, dorso con pequeños pelos en algunos puntos. Dientes del los sépalos iguales o casi, unciniados. Flores mayores que la ssp tipo. (DO)

Hábitat: Región Mediterránea, SW de Asia, Macaronesia. La ssp. canariensis se encuentra en todas las islas Canarias y la ssp. gallicus en T, C, F y L.

Description: Leaflets rhomboid and widening at the junction to the stem, peduncle thickened at apex. Sepals mostly with tridentate apex, more rarely cuatridentado, back with small hairs on some points. Teeth or nearly equal sepals, unciniados. Greater than the ssp type flowers. (DO) Habitat: Mediterranean Region, SW Asia, Macaronesia. The ssp. canariensis is in the Canary Islands and the ssp. gallicus T, C, F and L.
