Descripción: Son arbustos que
pueden alcanzar 1,5 metros de altura, estos arbustos siempre tienen un follaje
verde. Sus ramificaciones son abiertas con leños quebradizos con cortezas ásperas a fisuradas, escamosas y de
color castaño. Además, tienen grandes rosetas elevadas de hojas compuestas y
con inflorescencias de colgante y pequeñas flores rojizas, también tienen un
limbo de color verde-oscuro y glabro con envés pálido y algo velloso. Sus
frutos son glabrosos con forma de pera, además son esponjosos y secos y de
color amarillo. Por último, mencionar que se tratan de una especie rara, con
una sola localidad conocida.
Hábitat: Endémica de Gran Canaria. Estos arbustos se
localizan en riscos y laderas rocosas entre los 1.300 a 1.700 metros de altura. Asimismo, es endémico y autóctono del Archipiélago Canario, pero solamente se localiza en la isla de Gran Canaria.

Habitat: These shrubs are located on cliffs
